Neighbors, we hope that this message finds you well and healthy. Due to the ongoing pandemic and restrictions on gatherings, the board has decided to forego the annual meeting again this year. We will be sending out a packet in the next couple of weeks with the current year watering schedule, as well as the HOA’s financial statement and the invoice for the 2021 dues (which remain at $45, and will be due July 1st).
