It’s that time of the year, once again. The annual homeowners association meeting for the year of 2013 will be held on March 13th at 6:30 pm. It will be held at the Richland Library. We hope to see you all there. Topics for discussion will include the following:

In my rush to get the minutes out to homeowners for the 2012 annual meeting, I neglected to include the amount on the dues form. This year, the dues are $30. I appologize for the confusion. And, without further ado, here is an electronic copy of the 2012 Annual Meeting Minutes.
The 2012 Watering schedule is now available. Due to some assumptions made at the time the development was put in, it is not possible for every home to water their lawn at the same time. To minimize pressure loss and ensure that all homes have an opportunity to water their yard, for several years we have had a watering schdule tha alternated on even/odd days. So that no one home monopolizes the “prime” watering times, each year the watering times for each group of homes moves forward 4 hours.

The KVHA Board invites you to the 2012 KVHA Annual Homeowners Meeting. It will be held on Monday, April 30th at 6:30 pm at the Richland Library. Noticies and additional information have been mailed to each homeowner.

We’ve received word that Richland will be holding an informal informational meeting on Thursday June 16th at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the possiblity of forming an LID for the purpose of running sewer lines and stubs in the neighborhood. It is recommended that all homeowners participate in this meeting, this is one of the chances that homeowners have to express their opinions on this project.
A letter to this effect has been mailed to homeowners in the neighborhood, and we are including it here for informational purposes, along with the presentation that was given at the annual meeting on the subject. Click on the links below to view the documents.
