It’s a new year, and with that comes the Keene Village Home Owners Association annual meeting. We have scheduled a room at the Richland Library on Saturday, January 21st at 10:00 am. We hope to see you all there.

- 2016 Meeting Minute
- 2016 Treasurers Report
- Yard of the Month report
- Annual Dues Assessment
- Possible capital expenditures and maintenance items
- Maintenance and repair of frontage sign
- Frontage maintenance (trimming and cleanup)
- An update on the Sewer LID that was discussed several years ago
- Election of Homeowners Association officers
